1. Subject of the agreement
ИП Ревякина Кристина Степановна, TIN 230608772037, OGRNIP 308236115500021, address: 198 Mira St., Yeysk, Krasnodar Krai, 353680, Russia, hereinafter the “Provider”, offers users of https://sigmabots.ru to enter into an agreement on the terms below.
The Provider gives the User access to the Service’s digital AI features and the connected bot. The User purchases a fixed package of 100 internal credits for RUB 600.
Internal credits are not money, are not electronic money, are not a bank account or balance, are not a deposit, are not an investment, and are not a payment instrument. They cannot be transferred, withdrawn, exchanged, or used outside the Service.
2. Acceptance of the offer
Payment for that fixed package constitutes acceptance of this offer. The agreement is concluded once the payment is successful.
Before payment, the User confirms that they have read the offer, the personal-data processing policy, and the refund rules.
3. Price and payment procedure
The fixed package costs RUB 600 for 100 internal credits, or RUB 6 per internal credit.
Payments are processed through YooKassa. The Provider does not receive or store the User’s bank card data.
Exactly 100 internal credits are added only after the Provider receives confirmation of a successful payment. Returning to a page after payment alone is not proof of payment and is not a basis for crediting the internal credits.
4. Provision of access
Access to AI features is provided after 100 internal credits have been added. Internal credits are spent by the User when paid AI features of the Service and connected bot are used.

5. Rights and obligations
The Provider undertakes to maintain the Service’s operation within reasonable limits and provide paid access when sufficient balance is available.
The User undertakes to provide accurate data, comply with applicable law, and not use the Service to violate third-party rights, distribute malicious code, bypass restrictions, or gain unauthorized access to systems.
The Provider may restrict access if the User violates these terms or legal requirements.
6. Refunds
A refund is possible only when the Service is unavailable for reasons attributable to the Provider; only unused internal credits qualify. The refund equals RUB 6 for each unused internal credit and cannot exceed the original RUB 600 payment.
To request a refund, email kristinarwebdev@gmail.com and provide information enabling the payment and connected-bot account to be identified. A refund is made after the Provider reviews the request.

Personal data are processed in accordance with the Personal Data Processing Policy published on the Website.
