2. Data processed
- username, identifier, and other data available on the selected messaging platform;
- email, phone number, and information the User provides in a request;
- support-request history;
- payment data: identifier, amount, date, and payment status;
- the content of AI-feature prompts, only as necessary to generate a response;
- technical data automatically sent by the Website: IP address, browser and device information, cookies, and event logs.
3. Bank card data
The Operator does not process bank card data: YooKassa processes them through its payment infrastructure.
4. Purposes
- providing access to the connected bot and AI features;
- internal-balance accounting and payment confirmation;
- handling requests, refunds, and technical support;
- security and prevention of abuse;
- compliance with Russian legal requirements.
5. Legal grounds and operations
The Operator processes data with the User’s consent, to perform the agreement, and in cases provided for by Russian law.
The Operator may collect, record, organize, store, update, use, transfer to the extent necessary for Service operation, block, and delete personal data.
6. Transfers to third parties
- YooKassa, for payment processing;
- the selected messaging-platform operator, when the bot is used on that platform;
- hosting, technical-infrastructure, and AI-service providers, only as necessary for the relevant feature.
7. Storage and protection
The Operator stores data no longer than required for the processing purposes and legal obligations. The Operator takes organizational and technical measures to protect data from unauthorized access, alteration, dissemination, or destruction.
8. User rights
The User may request information about data processing, request correction, blocking, or deletion, and withdraw consent by emailing kristinarwebdev@gmail.com.
Deleting data may make further use of the connected bot and AI features impossible. Data that the Operator must retain by law are deleted after the mandatory retention period ends.
9. Cookies
The Website may use cookies and similar technologies for correct operation, saving technical settings, and preventing abuse. The User may restrict cookies in their browser settings; this may affect Website operation.
10. Changes to this policy
The Operator may update this Policy. The current version is published on the Website at https://sigmabots.ru/en/privacy.
